The Liberty Action Council Plan

The Liberty Action Council, under its original name, Community Health Freedom,  was formed in the later part of 2020 to combat the unconstitutional mandates and lockdowns that were occurring in Ohio and in our country due to the Covid 19 plandemic. 

Working along side other health freedom groups in Ohio, we met with legislators to bring bills to protect bodily autonomy and insure the Governor could not overstep his/ her power with mandates and indefinite lockdowns.

Through our efforts and experience going through the Covid plandemic,  it became clear that the federal government would continue to step on and violate our liberty and God given rights. Thus, the Liberty Action Council was established to put our focus back on where we, as citizens, can have the most impact - the state and local level of government.  

Our United States constitution, in the 10th Amendment, makes it clear that  the power is in the states and the people. It states, “The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.”

Furthermore, the constitution of both the United States and the the State of Ohio do not guarantee that rights will be protected. It is up to us to step up when our rights  are being violated and take action to uphold liberty.

The Liberty Action Plan

If we can establish one Liberty Action Council in every county of every state in the union, we will far outnumber the total number of corporate, special interest lobbyists in Congress and the state houses combined!

The areas our plan focuses on are:

• Education and Outreach for the citizenry and elected officials
• Holistic Health and Health Freedom education for citizenry and elected officials
• Health Freedom- fully informed consent and right to refuse
• Education in how to raise candidates for public office
• Reading and vetting bills introduced to the legislature
• Writing and introducing bills by citizenry to the legislature
• Foster monthly meetings between citizenry and elected officals
• Monitoring of our schools
